Sales Manager MICE

About the Role

Husaak is seeking a dynamic and results-driven MICE Sales Manager to lead our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sales efforts in Saudi Arabia. In this growth-oriented role, you will spearhead business development for the MICE segment, leveraging Husaak’s reputation as a respected regional brand. The MICE Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new corporate clients and building strategic partnerships across the GCC. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional in the travel industry with a robust network, fluent in both Arabic and English, and passionate about creating exceptional travel and event experiences for clients.

What is Expected from You to do!

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE segment, including corporate meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and exhibitions.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and event planners to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players and suppliers to expand Husaak’s offerings and drive revenue growth.

Sales Proposals & Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, sales pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing Husaak’s value proposition and unique experiences.

Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions across Saudi Arabia and the GCC to promote Husaak’s services and generate leads.

Collaboration & Customization: Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, and product development) to customize  event solutions for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.


What will it take for us to consider you!

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field (required).

Minimum 5 years of experience in MICE sales within a DMC, tour operator, or travel management company.

Demonstrated network and sales track record within Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (experience with Odoo preferred).

Strong knowledge of the Saudi tourism ecosystem, Vision 2030 initiatives, and travel distribution channels.

Fluency in both English and Arabic
