About the Role
The social media coordinator is a pivotal role which requires a big sense of responsability paired with excellent organisational skills. As social media coordinator you will be the person who understands sales needs and that ensures the content production team (videographers, designers) produce the correct content within the deadlines. You will also be the person to publish on social media and ensures that all marketing campaigns are running at an optimised level.

What is Expected from You to do!
Content Calendar Management
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar in coordination with Sales and Content Production
• Localize content to ensure relevance for Oman-based adventures and audience Content Scheduling
Publishing
• Schedule approved content using tools like Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent
• Monitor daily engagement and coordinate with the on-ground team for timely stories and updates
Performance Tracking
• Analyze performance across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Create bi-weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations
• Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and post-performance Cross-Functional Coordination
• Liaise with Husaak’s creative team to request and brief new content (photo/video/copy)
• Work closely with adventure guides, photographers, and operations to capture and share authentic experiences
• Tag and credit relevant partners, guests, and sponsors in posts as needed Community Engagement
• Monitor comments, DMs, and tags related to Oman content
• Coordinate responses with the customer support or operations team if inquiries require follow-up
What will it take for us to consider you!
• At least 2 years of experience in multi-project coordination
• Perfect written and spoken English and Arabic
• Excellent knowledge of META, Instagram
• Experience with Google ads is a strong plus
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Experience in tourism industry is a plus
• Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus
